Intelligent Incidents Platform: Engineered an AI-driven incident-resolution agent using Azure AI Foundry that automatically retrieves incident metadata from Azure Cosmos DB and delivers the most relevant troubleshooting guides by leveraging Azure Storage and Azure AI Search. (September 2025)

INCIDENT RETRIEVAL FLOW
- Store incident metadata: ICM Metadata –> Azure Cosmos DB
- Retrieve incident metadata: AI Foundry Agent –> Azure Container App (Open API)
TSG RETRIEVAL FLOW
- Store TSG: TSG Repo –> Azure BLOB Storage –> Indexing using AI Search
- Retrieve TSG: AI Foundry Agent –> Azure AI Search
First Day Resolution (FDR) Helper: Built of top of the “cases automation” function app, it is an AI-driven project aimed at improving customer support by analyzing cases currently present in the queue. It gathers case data and generates tailored a action plan for efficient issue resolution. This enhances the CSS team’s effectiveness and it can help in improve our “First Day Resolution” and “Response Time”. (Aug 2023)
Customer Experience Insights: on Azure App Service: Java Web Application which shows the customer’s experience while `working with support teams. It integrates with Cognitive Services to identify customer’s sentiments and share a report in an e-mail. (Jan 2023)
OSSum Templates: Edge/Chrome Extension: A browser extension which generates common templates we use while working with the customers - specifically for the “Initial Response” e-mail and other follow-up e-mails. It also includes quick access to other useful tools which can make life of the Engineer easier, such as - shortcut to open diagnostic tools, directly open team to contact the customer and a direct link for softphone. Software Engineer II @ Microsoft (February 2025 - Present)

In OneDrive SharePoint Team, built automated incident management workflows using internal tools and Python/C#, reducing manual steps and improving operational efficiency for critical services
Won company-wide hackathon: Designed and implemented Incident Intelligence Platform, an AI-driven system that integrates telemetry and troubleshooting guides to generate structured resolution plans. Utilized Azure AI Foundry, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, and Azure Search with vector search for incident correlation
Resolved high-severity incidents for OneDrive and SharePoint through root cause analysis of code regressions and recent changes. Applied killswitches and hotfixes, reducing time to mitigate and escalate, ensuring service reliability

Support Escalation Engineer @ Microsoft (July 2018 - February 2025)

Provide support to our customers for issues related to Azure App Service, Azure Spring Apps and Azure Container Apps.
Work on the development of internal diagnostic tools (detectors) to make the troubleshooting simpler.
